The team
Marko Krnjić & Nikola Buzadžić founded EFA in 2020.
They have been involved in professional football for over 2 decades and are both still actively involved in coaching and progressing in their carieers.
From the beginning, EFA’s team is growing and both founders meticulously coach each of their analysts and scouts in–house.
Marko Krnjić
Football coach with UEFA Pro licence, specialist in strength and conditioning, coaching and performance analysis.
Marko has an extensive professional carrier both in the UAE and Croatia. He has worked with several Croatian clubs as an assistant coach for first teams in the SuperSport HNL. He is currently the Head of analytics in the Croatian Football Federation, as well as assistant coach in the U21 Croatian National team.
He has worked with respectable and well-known Head coaches and footballers and is considered to be one of the most talented young coaches in the region.
Nikola Buzadžić
Master in Sports management, UEFA A licensed, and a notable career focused on performance analysis and coaching.
He worked with young talents as Head performance analyst and Assistant coach for the Croatian Football Federation, Bahrain U23 Olympic National team, Saudi Al Shabab Football Club, and UAE Al Wasl FC.
He has worked with respectable and well-known Head coaches and footballers.
